The app is completely **free to use**, and you do not need to create an account for general access.

Unlike previous versions, our latest version (1.3.0) includes an optional admission form. When you use this form, we collect personal information solely for the purpose of processing your application for a course.

Submitting this form is entirely your choice. You are not required to do so and can still apply in-person at our institute by filling out a paper form.

If you choose to submit the form through the app, we will collect the following information:

• **Name**
• **Father's Name**
• **CNIC** (Computerized National Identity Card)
• **Phone Number**
• **Address**
• **Certificate** (e.g., a scanned copy of your certificate)
• **Email Address**

We **do not** collect any personally identifiable information from users who do not fill out this form.

The personal data you submit via the admission form is stored securely on a **private API** that we have created. This API is protected with advanced security measures, and access to this data is strictly limited to the **app owner**.

Even though we now collect some user data, we take all reasonable steps to ensure that your information is kept secure and private.

We use **Google AdMob** to display advertisements in the app. AdMob may use cookies or similar technologies to serve personalized ads.
